Systems design & integration
Computer systems design that keeps a business moving like a well-run market.
Hexiaoli designs, integrates, and maintains the computer systems that modern trading and commercial operations depend on. From single-station setups to fully integrated networks that connect the office, the warehouse, and the shop floor, we build systems with the same discipline we apply to our own supply lines — measured, honest, and delivered on schedule.
What We Design and Build
Six service lines cover the full life of a computer system, from the first sketch of an architecture to the daily support that keeps it running. Every engagement begins with the same question: what does this business need the machine to do at the end of the day?
Computer Systems Design
We plan the architecture of business computer systems from the ground up — servers, workstations, operating environments, applications, and the connections between them. The work starts with a survey of how the business actually operates: which tasks are done by hand today, which records are kept on paper, and where the delays live. From that survey we produce a design that fits the scale of the operation rather than an off-the-shelf template, so the system grows at the same pace as the business it serves.
Every design document we deliver includes a clear breakdown of hardware, software, data flow, and responsibilities, written in plain language that a general manager can read without a degree in engineering.
Computer Integrated Systems Design
Many companies run a patchwork of machines that do not talk to one another — a register at the front, a spreadsheet at the back, a supplier system that reports separately. Computer integrated systems design is the discipline of making those separate parts behave as one coherent system, so that an order entered at one terminal appears in the inventory count, the invoice, and the delivery note without anyone retyping it.
We map the flow of data between departments, design the interfaces that let systems exchange records, and standardise the way information is stored and named. The result is a single picture of the business instead of several versions of the truth.
System Integration and Deployment
A design only earns its keep when it is installed and working in the real building. We handle the full deployment — cabling, hardware setup, software installation, data migration from legacy records, and user accounts — and we stage the work so that the business never stops trading while the new system comes online. Migration is planned against the same principles as our own warehouse moves: back up first, verify second, cut over at a quiet hour.
After go-live we stay until the staff can run the system on their own, and we leave behind written procedures for the daily tasks that keep it healthy.
Network and Infrastructure Planning
Reliable networks are the baseline of every other service we provide. We design local networks that connect every desk, plan secure internet access for the whole site, and set up the storage and backup structure that protects records from a single hard drive failure. For growing firms we lay out the network so that adding a new room, a new branch, or a new user is a simple extension rather than a redesign.
Security is treated as part of the architecture from the first sketch — access rules, user permissions, and recovery plans are decided before the cables are pulled, not after an incident forces the question.
Data and Records Systems
Inventory, purchases, sales, payroll, and supplier contacts — a trading business lives on its records, and records only help when they are accurate and findable. We design and build the data systems that hold them: stock counts that update at the moment of sale, purchase orders that reference past pricing, and reporting views that show a manager exactly what is selling and what is sitting still.
We also convert paper archives into organised digital records, labelled so that any document can be found in seconds rather than after a search through boxes.
Support, Training and Maintenance
A system is an asset that needs looking after, not a project that ends on installation day. We provide scheduled maintenance, remote and on-site support, and staff training so that the people using the system can work with it confidently. Our support desk follows the same rule as our delivery desk — a promised time is a kept time — and every call is logged so that recurring problems are fixed at the root rather than patched again and again.
We also run regular health checks that catch small issues before they become outages, keeping downtime short and operations calm.
How an Engagement Runs
Every project follows the same four-stage route, so you always know what happens next and when it will happen.
Assess
We visit the site, watch the daily routine, and list the gaps between what the business needs and what its systems provide today.
Design
We deliver a written design with a clear price and a schedule, so there are no surprises when the invoice or the deadline arrives.
Integrate
We install, migrate, and test the system against the real work of the business, staging the cutover so operations never stop.
Support
We stay on after go-live with maintenance, training, and a support desk that answers when it says it will.
A Record of Steady Delivery
The numbers below are compiled from projects completed for shops, distributors, and small commercial operations across Xianning and the surrounding counties.
